Upon entry into the hallway, stairs lead upwards to either side of the upper level; there is open access to a large reception room offering versatile chill-out and entertaining space with sofas, a plasma television, console DJ audio system and a dining room seating 10 people. The fully equipped contemporary kitchen offers filtered drinking water, a central island, oven, hob, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher and access to the front terrace.
